Although unit prices vary according to its specifications, the prices are still very competitive. For phases I and III, units are priced at 9,000 EGP per square meter, and for phase II the price ranges from 9,500 EGP to 10,000 EGP per square meter. Lastly, Phase IV units are priced between 11,200 EGP and 13,250 EGP per meter.

A flexible payment system is available where you may provide 12% as a down payment, pay 5% after three months, and another 5% after 1 year. When you receive the unit, there’s an additional 10% payment. The remaining amount is paid over 7 years.

The company has announced additional payment systems for the fourth phase, which is suitable to a large segment of buyers.

• Divide the entire amount in installments over 5 years, without having to pay a down payment.
• A 10% down payment, with the remaining amount paid over 7 years.
