Definition of the capital: It is a new fourth-generation smart city, with investment, residential and administrative services, with integrated services. It was announced at the Economic Conference 2015
The location of the capital: it is located between _ (the north) the Suez Road, the cities of Badr, Al-Shorouk, and the capital gardens.

Capital area: 170 thousand acres + 14 acres of the Green River
Dividing the capital: it will be divided into 3 phases. Work is currently underway in the first phase, which amounts to 40,000 feddans
▪️The first stage includes:_
Residential neighborhoods, commercial and administrative investment neighborhoods, hotels, a presidential palace, a government and financial district, a commercial and administrative district, a people’s and shura parliament building, a diplomatic neighborhood, international universities, an exhibition city, a medical city, a knowledge city, a sports city, a public parking lot, a monorail train station, an express train station, and an international airport.
The aim of establishing the capital: to be the seat of governance and state administration, a financial and investment center for Egypt, and to reduce overcrowding in Cairo, and to be an attractive investment attraction for all countries of the world.

▪️ Green River:
(The longest chain of gardens in the middle of the capital and one of its most important features, with an area of 20,000 acres, with a length of 35 km, connecting all neighborhoods to each other, similar to the Nile River.
The project includes several elements, called the Islamic garden, the covered garden, the garden hospital, a lake for water boats, the heritage garden, the botanical garden, the open zoo, the science garden, the historical garden, the sports garden, and open libraries for reading.
▪️ Money and Business District (includes the headquarters of banks and financial institutions, the Central Bank, the post office, and commercial and administrative buildings
▪️ Knowledge City:
It is located in the Administrative Capital, west of the regional ring road, on an area of 250 acres. Work on its construction began in August 2019, and the first phase of it was opened in June 2021. The city was established to increase digital growth and modern technology.
▪️ The City of Arts and Culture: - It is an artistic cultural institution, located next to the government neighborhood on the regional ring road. It was established to be a center for artistic and cultural creativity in Egypt on an area of 127 acres, and it was opened in November 2021. The city includes many facilities, the most important of which are the Museum of the Capitals of Egypt, Dar Opera, Ramses II Theatre, Grand Celebrations Hall.
▪️ Al-Fattah Al-Alim Mosque (one of the largest mosques in the Arab world. It is located at the entrance to the capital from the Middle Ring Road. Its area is 250,000 square meters and accommodates 17,000 worshipers. It was opened in 2019.
▪️ Egypt Mosque
It is located in the heart of the government district
The mosque was built on top of a hill, so it can be seen from all parts of the capital.
It covers an area of 19,100 square metres.
It is considered one of the largest mosques in the world, with a capacity of 107,000 worshipers.
It includes the two highest minarets in Egypt, 140 meters high.
It contains a car park and a multi-storey garage with a total capacity of 3,000 cars.
It includes 6 halls and includes 3 malls to serve visitors.

▪️ The express electric train: (Al-Salam - the capital - the tenth) extends 103 km and starts from Al-Salam Adly Mansour station and will pass through Al-Obour, Al-Mustaqbal, Al-Shorouk, Badr and Al-Asimah, then the tenth of Ramadan.
▪️ The iconic tower: the tallest tower in Africa, 385 meters long, 79 floors high, and will include hotel and administrative units and a service complex.

It is located near the Monorail station, the Presidential Palace, the government district, the regional ring road and the Bin Zayed Corridor.
It is the most important area and is considered the main center located in the middle of the administrative capital. It has commercial, administrative, medical and hotel malls.
It includes an area dedicated to computer companies, insurance and oil companies, the gold market, and others.
In addition, it includes the data center area, which contains all the data of the capital's population.

It was built on an area of 93 acres.
It is the largest integrated Olympic city in Egypt, and includes many sports and public facilities such as the Administrative Capital Stadium with a capacity of 90,000 spectators, an Olympic village, training grounds, a sports medicine hospital, open courts, tennis courts, swimming pools complex, equestrian club, squash courts, theater Romanian, two halls for volleyball and basketball, shooting ranges, the Sports Museum and athletics halls.

A general plan for housing in the capital has been determined so that the buildings are ground + 7 floors, and it is called from R1 to R6 and it is affiliated with the Housing and Development Bank and the Capital Company. And the first subtraction area is on the Green River Direct
